The facility was clsed and had been for several weeks due to a bsd fire. Expedia should not have had it on offer. Owners erre very helpful and distraught that a booking had been made.

The management was very nice, but the multiple crickets that I found in the room were so creepy. Could not sleep at all.

Posted 14 Aug 2020 on HotelsThis is the worst place I have ever stayed. From the pungent musty smell that is in everything and is everywhere including the pillows and bedding. Not a single lamp worked in the room, only the bright overhead light worked. Bathroom was another disaster....the toilet moved every time you used it. Not to mention the crack in the toilet tank. Spiders and cobwebs in the bathroom, plus the door didn't close. Hope you are not looking to wind down with a little tv, as you only get maybe 4 English channels. Not a very responsive hotel as I had messaged them 4 days before we arrived and never heard back from them. This place is run down, poorly managed and just not worth $150 a night. Just so you know, I never leave a bad review unless it is the truth and others should know about it. Go somewhere else. SERIOUSLY!!!

We're extremely sorry for your experience here at the Sutton Park Inn.
You most likely didn't have the Roger's cable box on.
If you had come and addressed these issues with the front desk we would have been able to put you in another room or at least helped resolve any issues.
