The staff’s give a damn was busted just like the parking garage, hide a bed and most things around the hotel. Customer service isn’t RCR’s top quality. Overall great trip but the hotel could use some love! Restaurant/ bar service was very mid.

Good hotel, very comfortable with nice balcony and fireplace.
Only reason for 4 star was lack of on property cooked breakfast options... the restaurant was only open for evening meal, I would have thought with it being Ski season it would be open for breakfast.....

Fantastic pool and hot tub. The view while it is snowing is incredible. Rooms are dated but we did not care at all. Would stay again.

This property needs a lot of love. It is run down and dated. It needs a new remodel to bring it up to date.
