Disgusted!!

We arrived just before midnight as specified on the booking. The 'Lodge' does not have a name outside, so we battled to find it. The guard said it had 2 names. He did not expect us. There was no number to dail the owners or managers. There was one unsealed teabag in a plastic cup. One pair of slippers, no towels, no globe in the bedside table, no ice in the fridge / freezer. No water, no ice, guard sleeping in the lounge. IT WAS OVERALL AN ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT. They should not be alowed to advertise on hotels.com
