Do bot book this hotel using hotels.com

When I arrived at the Hotel, reception said they did not receive any booking confirmation from hotels.com. I had to make fresh booking and paid again. Hotels.com already debited full price from my credit card.

Hotel closed, underconstruction and I was unable to checkin, this is a scam. Please work on refund.
