"It was comfortable for 3 people and a good value. The coffee shop is a good spot to get a bite to eat and a drink. It would be nice to have a fan in the bathroom. Corridor sounds are quite loud at times. Beds are very comfortable and overall we were pleased with the quality"

"Great hotel for basic accommodations. It is a pedestrian only walking area so the taxis cannot get to the front entrance. But the tram is right there and the staff is great such as Theresa at Osten Bar and Faye at the front desk and Phil providing that extra excellent service."
