An enchanting location with very comfortable, clean, and well cared for rooms. The staff were all amazing- very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, the shower and amenities were all high quality, and the views from all around the lodge are gorgeous. I highly recommend the star-view room, the view of the Vermont night sky while lying in bed is something I will never forget. A couple things to note: very rural area. If you are coming from out of town/state you will most definitely need to rent a car. There is a bus that will take you into Killington- but not close enough to the lodge to safely walk and there is no Lyft or Uber available in town, so just keep that in mind when booking a trip here. Also, during the week the restaurant and bar is closed- which isn’t a problem considering there are restaurants and bars within very close driving distance- but just something to consider. I will dream of coming here again and cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you to Gabby and Donna and the rest of the Mountain Meadows Lodge team for a wonderful stay!

As you mentioned, we are in a rural area near Killington, and having a car is most convenient. However, we have found a local, reliable taxi service that we are working with, and they are glad to accommodate our guests. Beautiful views from the front porch/deck and the inside sitting area. Very rustic with the pond waterfront out to the mountains.
