The hotel was nice, but there is no restaurant or bar as advertised. The room was clean but one of the beds were not properly made and was really lumpy. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the pool and fitness center was great. I recommend this property.

The staff is very courteous and professional. Greeted us with a smile. Always attentive. Rooms clean and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

the front staff scolded us twice about kids being loud and other rules. do not recommend this place. old equipment laying around. outdated and dirty. no ac in hallways.

Great hotel, great price. Only hotel in Killeen and surrounding area with free airport shuttle. No restaurant or bar at the time we stayed but remodeling in progress we were told.
