This was an extremely quaint hotel within 1/3 of a mile of the little village of Killarney. Very walkable and very charming when entering the property. We stayed in the suite which was a nice 600 square-foot unit. The only recommendation I would make on it is a new mattress and new carpeting. Otherwise it was a very charming suite. The front desk manager, Justin, was extremely friendly and helpful. He really made our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again.

Pulling up to the hotel was positive as was the reception desk who checked us in. When we pulled up to the Townhouse we were optimistic. But after opening the door we were greeted with a big stain in the carpet in front of stairs. Overall the carpet throughout was in bad shape. The room was a good size, generally clean, but the bathroom was an issue. Garbage was not emptied and the shower/bath was in serious need to refreshing. The caulking was full of mold and the panels around the tub had water damage. After using the shower, the problem was obvious. Everything leaked, the floor was soaked and water would run down and soak everything. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet. Lastly, we were told we had access to all the hotels facilities — however the hotel was a 5-7 minute walk down the street. So while we could use the facilities, it was impractical to do so. Over promised - Underdelivered.

Lovely property in a great location. Highly recommend staying here! Would suggest they have a little more staff on in the front patio when there are groups coming in, but was still a fantastic stay.!

The Randles is a terrific mix of old style elegance combined with all the modern amenities. The rooms are clean & tidy. It's a short walk to shopping, attractions & restaurants. The staff were most helpful & welcoming.

The property was lovely, however upon check in we were greeted by a semi unfriendly gentleman from California with an Irish accent. He seemed upset that we were unhappy with the room and talked at my mother telling her it was her fault the room was booked incorrectly. My Son slept on the floor that night. The room was nice but had many stains all over the rugs.

It appears the incorrect room type was booked for you either by expedia or your travel agent As the hotel was fully booked we were unable to accommodate you in a larger room on the first night. Beautiful common areas. Very relaxing to sit and have drinks in the evenings. Nice room. A little warm but you can open windows. Really well renovated bathroom with large rainfall head shower. Good location for walking to town. Handy parking. Overall good stay. Only dropped star as found pricing a bit high this time around but it was August.
