Absolutely blown away! From the moment we stepped foot in GSK we were greeted and treated so kindly. We were told they upgraded our room and also added complementary breakfast to our two night stay. The room was immaculate and staff was always willing to help or guide us on our stay. Thank you for making our first visit to Killarney so special Great Southern Killarney! We will be back!

I have no idea at all how people are rating this? Has no one ever stayed at a true 4/5 star hotel?
There is black mould in the tile grout? What excuse could he possibly put forward to not have this cleaned? It’s so so bad. I get decor, I get the age of the property, I get all of the authenticity. Basic general cleanliness and hygiene doesn’t cost anything.
