It was a great stay. Everyone on staff was extremely helpful and full of information to enhance our experience and make our stay one of most memorable stays of our trip. A couple things to note from a women’s prospective would be to make a hair and makeup vanity with power outlet and chair in every room. Our room did not have this although another member of our party did. Also face cloths to wash your body and face as well as better quality pillows. Better lighting around bathroom mirror would overcome the unattractive “hag” lighting effect. These small adjustments would elevate our stay.

Posted 19 Apr 2024 on HotelsThis was my favorite hotel of our 2 week stay in Ireland. The room was fabulous and the staff were very accommodating. The front desk clerk even offered to watch our laundry for us. Breakfast was good…combination of buffet and order from a menu.

Best stay in Killarney! The place has the spirit of a hunting lodge from the 19 th century - oil paintings all over the corridors and the sitting area, beautiful carpets and old fashioned furniture in an impeccable state, clean, quiet and convenient. Absolutely recommend it.
