Loved this hotel! So much charm and class! Lovely breakfast. Interesting pubs connected to the hotel. Right in the heart of everything downtown. Great experience! The room is a bit dated and the bathroom needed an upgrade - the shower curtain clung to us as we showered, but the location and overall charm made up for it. We would stay here again!

Comfortable bed for the night, staff was friendly and helpful. We did have quite a walk from our bus stop.

Perfect place to stay and be connected with the City. Five minute walk to bus stop amd ten min walk to Castle.
Hotel room was clean and extremely comfortable

When I reserved our room, I wasn’t told that we would be directly above the ballroom and that “Disco Night” would be held during our stay. We endured LOUD POUNDING music until shortly before midnight. All I got was “sorry” when I called the front desk to complain.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Lots of different hallways to go down to get to our room but it was nice. Great central location, staff, were helpful and polite. We would definitely stay here again.
