It is conveniently located on Kilkee's main Street near small locally owned businesses, the local beach, and coastal hiking.

More like backpacking accommodation. Squeaky beds with just a duvet. Luke warm shower, people smoking on the floor we were on which made the place stink. Looked old and rundown from outside. It was the worst accommodation we have had in all of our Ireland trip

Hi Tanya,It's a pity you didn't voice your concerns to the staff on duty during your stay.They could have changed your room or brought move bed clothes, provided a free meal or drinks to compensate if you were still unhappy, We don't think our home is old or rundown, but that's just us we live here every day.
