Everything was great except the cleaning ladies knocking at the door starting at 8:30 when check out is 11. Being able to sleep in isn’t an option.

Low rating because i woke up with my legs covered in bed bug bites. For this price I'll go back to the motel 6 half the price but no bed bugs.

The stay was very good. The staff were excellent. The food was up to par with similar hotels. The corridor smelled a little musty but the room was clean and smelled fresh.

Staff is very friendly from the front desk to the housekeepers. Breakfast was also good and fresh

Posted 4 Aug 2024 on HotelsService was excellent! I’m a night nurse and Cecil and Elizabeth was nothing short of amazing!!!! I stayed at another hotel in town a few weeks ago and it was supposed to be the other better hotel but it was probably the worse. Please trust me (I frequent hotels all over) and don’t book anywhere else in Kilgore but here. Absolutely no complaints. The bed, shower, the blinds … were perfect
