I don't like d vicinity,d distance was false and d customer care rep is worst. My first day in nairobi was terrible courtesy of classic villa resort.

Its very unfortunate the guest come with altitude. We are suppose to check in by 8pm you checked in 12:30 am had to wake people up. The
other guests complained shouting at the compound which was not neccesary those early hours, staff were very dissapoited by the behaviour.Really sorry if you were not happy with the service you recieved.
