The sunsets are beautiful. The beach is easily accessible and you can walk about 3km towards Malaaea

The property does not allow you to turn their air conditioning units any lower than 72 degrees. This was not cool enough to cool off the unit and we ended up purchasing a fan.

Property is great but it was difficult to get a hold of the rental team when we wanted to rent body boards. Ran into the same issue when it was time to return them. No one was there.

The pool and the location of the proximity to the rims was very good also the proximity to Beach and the view of the ocean was very nice and the proximity to shopping and dining was very good also the only thing we did not really like is the size of the restrooms and the updating of the restrooms were not very good and they should be renovated

Ron,Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, the building is older, the bathrooms have been updated, but we were not able to change the floor plan to make them larger.

Great condo within easy Uber or driving distance from everything. Beautiful grounds and pool. Quiet.
Only two issues: the bedroom mirror came off the wall one night. Next morning the maintenance man came right away. Also showed him that our patio door needed lock fixed. He was very nice and also showed us how to use the tv, which had been a bit of a problem.
Cleaners were great. Everyone very friendly. Felt quite safe there and had pretty much everything we needed. Had a great stay!

Close to great beaches. Pool waa wonderful too! Room was spacious and clean.
