I really enjoyed the restaurants at this property. The food was amazing and the service was very good. I will stay here again just because of that.

Had a fantastic time with family for 4 days - great facilities, amazing ocean view room, pools and access to the beach

Its a beautiful property. They literally try to nickel and dime you to death. With various fees $65/night parking, and poor food. I meam how is a breakfast buffet worth over $50 a person. Beds were very uncomfortable. Overall the resort was clean and beautiful. If you want to visit stay a night and go somewhere else.

Property is absolutely beautiful had a really good time during our stay. However, rooms were not properly clean. Our cabinets were filled with half eaten snacks from a previous stay, contacted the front desk, they sent someone to clean once when I was showering, and then forgot about it.
Next day cleaning staff left a cleaning rag in our room that just stayed there for our entire stay.

Despite this being probably the best piece of property on the island, the owners have really not put the effort into maintaining it. Stairwells show signs of not being cleaned in many months or longer - we saw dead lizards, cigarette butts, and a bulld of of various garbage. Pool decks are overly slippery and unsafe. Pool water is dirty and not maintained you will get a rash. Their water elevator has not worked in years and according to staff they are not in any hurry to fix it. Areas around hot tubs get littered with empty cups and beer cans making it unsafe for children. All food options are over the top expensive. After the first day we would walk to other resorts nearby or the market across the street to eat. Hotel is very short staffed so if you call the front desk the phone just rings for a very long time, plus very long waits to check in or out. House keeping works limit hours which may not be convenient if you have a baby that needs to nap.
