The property is strategically located in the heart of the city and accessible. It is quiet, clean and safe.
The only drawback is that there is no elevator, access to the higher floors is quite a challenge.

Quiet, safe, well kept, easy access to most places, cleaning team are superb and Rohi offers free laundry and ironing services. Functional rooms but very dated decor and furnishings. Will return if I need to stay in the area.

Breakfast was always served on time! But need to switch the menu up a bit!

Great stay overall. The staff and included breakfast were excellent. The apartment was clean and spacious, with features that included window netting and a bathtub (with jets!), which are not always readily accessible in Kigali. While the apartment overlooks a semi-busy road, the traffic died down by night time. Will definitely stay at Rohi Apartments again.

It’s my first time in Kigali, but I went through bad experience with this hotel apartment, such as: TV channels have issues, internet have issues.
On top of that they asked me to move to other apartment because they have a preferred gust wants my apartment. I’m frequent traveller I never had such situation.

Dear Aiman, thank you for your e-mail, first and foremost i would like to apologies to you for your experience during your stay with us. When you asked to extend your stay with us, we already had a booking from one of our regulars and that room is her favorite, we asked if you could move to another apartment still here with us not to another premises, after declining our request we asked the other guest and she was fine with her staying in another room and that was solved.
We have 4G internet with 15mbps for download and 5mbps for upload sometimes general technical issues happen but thank you for let us know we will solve this issue with our local distributor.
We also have Dstv and Canal+ English and French channels, i recall the issue was with the volume and one of our staff came to help with that issue which i believe didn't happen again.
I would like to thank you for your feedback, it will help us improve our services.

Posted 30 Nov 2019 on Hotelsstay was very good. apartments are relatively large, clean and well equipped. friendly, attentive staff. breakfast is okay. selection more limited than last time we stayed there, though.
