This hotel was not open when we got there. I had no alerts from Orbits and had to have local Rwandans help us figure out how to transfer hotels. Horrible communication for this as we traveled very far to stay here and booked well in advance.

Great stay, staff was extremely helpful and the onsite bakery was a lifesaver.

Great hotel, friendly staff and helpful advice. Room service is alittle expensive in comparison to others but still good.

The property is under renovation, but it is ok. The lawn tennis court need to be fixed

A perfect place for holiday

I had a nice time in Marasa Umubano hotel. The hotel has a serene environment and easily accessible. Although the hotel is an old one, thr rooms are comfortable and the breakfast meal was hot and fresh. The staffs were humble and willing to provide support. The airport shuttle was available to drop off at the airport

Nice old hotel

Nice hotel, looking a bit worn but beautiful grounds and great location. Good WiFi and suitable for a business trip.

Great restaurant and great staff there but front office were a let down.
