SCARY EXPERIENCE
Posted 24 Jun 2022 on HotelsWe arrived at the Hotel following a Booking Conformation available with the hotel . Unfortunately we were shocked to see that the Sales Manager of the Hotel was not ready to accomodate us inspite of us making the payment already. Further, he was not ready to CANCEL the booking OR HELP FOR A REFUND or Find a accomodation elsewhere OR Speak with the Hotel.com to resolve the case. The Manager said we had hacked into their system for booking and they even interogated us to the security by taking our Passport Pictures (Insisting that we are a threaten to the security of the hotel) and did not let us leave . Not to mention they did not even Apologize after the incident was clear that we did nothing but just made a reservation online just like anybody . Very scary experience after travelling to more that 20 countries . I will never suggest this hotel .Very unprofessional way of handling a online reservation .
