Had to stay up late past 10:30PM chasing the owner to please allow his employee to let me work and sleep. Demanded we pay cash outside our already settled Expedia payment, claiming it takes days to access that money - basically advertise on Expedia but demand clients pay cash then process a refund of the Expedia payment mid-process, all the while planting enough fog and fear in the employees about whether the electronic payment from Expedia would come through at all. This was the worst check-in experience of my entire travelling life of over 20 years! Visited many countries on Expedia-booked flights and hotels and never once had a problem until this incident. Certainly no repeat visits to this property. Shame, because hotel proper is fine for the money.
