Had to stay up late past 10:30PM chasing the owner to please allow his employee to let me work and sleep. Demanded we pay cash outside our already settled Expedia payment, claiming it takes days to access that money - basically advertise on Expedia but demand clients pay cash then process a refund of the Expedia payment mid-process, all the while planting enough fog and fear in the employees about whether the electronic payment from Expedia would come through at all. This was the worst check-in experience of my entire travelling life of over 20 years! Visited many countries on Expedia-booked flights and hotels and never once had a problem until this incident. Certainly no repeat visits to this property. Shame, because hotel proper is fine for the money.

Dear Joy!first of all, apologies for the inconvenience caused to you but you should explain well everything, the man who came for staying has a different passport for the one who booked and very different for the one who said will pay after checking out, you are calling from west Africa then the one who said has paid is calling from England . Your issue is very confused it sems scammer came to us. can you imagine about all of this struggle!!!!the man has Ugandan passport then Joy calling from west Africa then payment said from UK!!!!??????Dear customer, next time you should make things clear not confusion.Thanks for choosing our property!!

The property is split among multiple buildings, but it is safe, clean, and well-maintained. A healthy breakfast was provided. It was a perfect place to stay for meeting colleagues at the Kigali Convention Center and nearby restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Great location, needs to work out some logistics
Posted 29 Jun 2023 on HotelsLocation was convenient, room was nice, clean, and large. Staff was helpful. This seems like it's a newer hotel, so they need to work out some logistics. For example, front desk staff was surprised when I arrived. In addition, I reached out in advance to see if the complimentary airport shuttle included trips to the airport. There was no response. The staff member who checked me in didn't know the rules, when the car was there, I was informed I would have to pay for the shuttle because I only stayed one night. So, should clear up policies and/or be more responsive to emails.

I had an overall great experience at Green View Hotel. The manager made sure my airport pickup was seamless by sending a taxi driver with a printout of my name.
Upon arriving, the check in process was smooth. The room had a great view and the staff were extremely helpful and responsive to my requests. Will be returning one day.

My stay was ok, the only problem was that when it rains the water from the shower is extremely cold. However the personal service served me hot water in a basin. Breakfast often came late; not the agreed time. If you have plans to do within a certain range of time then it could be inconviniencing. The sorrounding is great, the workers are friendly, the hotel Management helps even when you fail to get the direction back to the hotel after your trips

Très bon accueil. Propriétaire toujours à l'écoute et près à aider.
Appartement agréable, bonne literie, ustensiles et micro onde pour la cuisine.
Bref, c'était parfait
