You lie to us there is no wifi in the room.we cannot order certain food.vath room s not clean well.Those who are working in the serving food and mangement very kind.

The hotel was clean and the staff very professional. The toilets however had a perculiar smell that was not good. I guess it’s due to blowback from the soak away. They should improve on that as it affects the smell in the room.

After they reached out us to offer an airport shuttle and get all of our flight information, there was no one there for pick up when we arrived. Then after paying for a taxi to get to the hotel, when we arrived at Cari, they had oversold the hotel. They sent some of our group to a hotel 45 minutes away, and we had to pay for our own taxis to get there. Most of the reason we selected Cari was to be close to the conference venue, so it was very frustrating to have our group split and some of the team so far away. Also, we had been in touch with their team until just a few days before our trip and were assured the rooms were ready and still available.

they offer services that are not really available. they promised airport shuttle pick up but 3 of us in 3 different pick up were left at the airport. wi-fi was advertized in the hotel profile but in reality it does not work. very poor breakfast

Decent hotel 10 min away from the city center

The hotel was a bit worn and can be put in the budget+ category, but if you are content with a basic hotel this would work fine. The service was very good, and the personnel was always polite and smiling. Breakfast was basic. The hotel is a bit away from the inner city area, but only a 10 min moto or car ride away and in the same area as several other similar hotel.s

The management at this hotel was concerned for our comfort. They took care of us long past check-out time. We would stay here again.

Our stay at the Cari Hotel in Kigali on the 31st July 2015, and 1st August 2015 was very good. Checking in was easy, the room, room number 106 was excellent in every way. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good,and evening meals very good. The hotel is in a quiet location, and only 10 minutes from Kigali airport by taxi. It was good value for the money paid, and I would stay there again.
