"Stayed here for 3 nights and had an excellent experience. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the staff speak good English and are very friendly and efficient. The location is fantastic, with many food and shopping options within walking distance, and it is really easy to get transportation to get around."

"Citadines is an excellent choice if you’re in Phnom Penh for business. Its location is not ideal if you fancy a walk about as there isn’t much within walking distance, but tuck-tucks are readily available to transport you to the Central Market or riverside area for between 2 to 3 dollars. "We were greeted by staff in front of the hotel. As we entered the lobby, we were provided beverages and hand towels to freshen up. The room was spacious and even had a scale for weighing our bags. The staff was responsive in helping us with ground transportation and other needs. It was really a great experience."

"You need to keep in mind the bargain price of this place. Not the best location but certainly not the worst. Many Khmer food restaurants close by and about $1.30 tuk tuk ride away for western food. "We arrived and the reception desk did not have our reservation. The receptionist did not speak English and we had to communicate via our phone translators. I had pre printed the reservation and was able to prove that I had one. The receptionist was on the phone with their manager in order to get instructions on how to check us in. "Tribe was such an amazing stay! The hotel is very convenient and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The lobby area was my favorite because I got to talk with some people and staff and learn a bit about the history of Cambodia. Loved the hotel will be returning again!"
