Rabes Hotel , Kiel

We had arrived by boat from Lithuania and this Hotel was very handy for the train station. We paid 125 euros which I felt was very expensive for this hotel. There is no air conditioning which in hotter weather would have been a problem.

Generally acceptable

A small and clean room, a couple blocks from the Hauptbahnhof. Normal Kiel weather does not make air conditioning necessary, but on the two days in July when I was there, it would have made things more comfortable. The staff was very nice about letting me use the laundry in their basement. Most rooms are up a flight or two of stairs from the ground floor. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Wir wollten ein schönes Zimmer und gutes Frühstück ganz in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und Rates Hotel hat genau den Wünschen entsprochen.
