Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and sheets and towels were crispy clean. It is pretty quiet, however it is not soundproof: we could hear neighbors walking upstairs. "Our family loved the pool, propane grill, and easy beach access right across the street. Also the pickleball courts. Room was nice but the silverware was at floor level under sink and garbage can, weird but functional, better chairs and table on the balcony would be nice, also side tables at the pool area.
