"The property was pretty far off from the Kasauli town and the approach road was a narrow winding road full of dirt and potholes. Construction work os also going on. Everytime you decide to visit anybolace, means 30-45 mins of bumpy roads. The staff is pretty indifferent. Called housekeeping, the phone kept ringing and then ended up picked up at reception and the receptionist asked me to called to call the extension again. "The Place is in the middle of no where , but crafted so well and well designed . Great Food , chefs all preps were great from India to Italian. Courteous adn well trained staff considering the location... "

"The rooms were very well furnished though the cleanliness could have been better. The staff were were eager to help and service was very good. The landscaping is very good and upkeep is also good. The food was average and a lot of stuff on the menu was not available. The breakfast menu availability was only limited to eggs and parathas. "
