The location is convenient close to Terminal 21 Mall, MRT and TBS. The hotel is dated it's some TLC. Staff was great. The buffet was average.

My child and I stayed for 4 nights in the Deluxe Corner Double Room at the Park Plaza Sukhumvit Hotel. When making the booking (one month in advance of the check-in date), I specifically requested a well-maintained, clean, and quiet high-floor room for our stay. Unfortunately, we were assigned an 11th-floor room (considered high-floor) that faced a busy road (even after midnight) and had a very uncomfortable mattress (terrible). It is a shame because most of the hotel staff showed a welcoming attitude and provided excellent service, but the room assignment and facilities did not meet my expectations and requests.

It's a strange property. Quite tired and needs a makeover - resembles something from the 1970's but very comfortable. The pool area is lovely, the beds are amazing and the staffvare great. Walkable to the BTS, MRT and lots of restaurants and bars. Sukhumvit as an area is very busy which means there is constant road traffic noise in your room but for a central hotel it's a great place to stay.

Booked king bed room and they said they don't have any availability and provided twin bed. They also charged for snacks which were complentary.so overall will not stay next time.

Please allow me to respond to your feedback, you made your booking last minute, same day as your stay period and no request for king bedding, due to this last minute reservation the only bedding available was twin bedding.The hotel does not promote or offer complementary snacks, i am little confused why you thought there was complementary snacks available. For the benefit of the Expedia community the hotel does have a mini bar in the rooms with a price list clearly visible. Overall a pretty good stay, with Hotel located in lively area of BKK. About 5 -7 minute walk to BTS Asok and other modes of transportation, along with Terminal 21. Room was good, comfortable bed, good rooftop pool area and very good breakfast buffet . Hard to make a real connection with workers in such a big hotel, but they were always polite. The only thing lacking is hotel needs a bit of a deep cleaning. On the surface everything is clean, but could use some TLC. Window blinds and sills, along with nooks and crannies. I would stay again with the right deal.
