I have been staying in park plaza for all my bangkok trips. So far no complaints. If i do complain its going to be terrible

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.In my opinion it's more like a 3 star hotel experience.There were many unappealing issues during my stay. There is a large cash deposit they demand on check in even though accommodation has been prepaid.If you don't have the cash they take your credit card and accordingly to the reception only cancel it in a month. There is a strong sewerage Smell in the vicinity of the elevators in the lobby.The elevators are always dirty.The paid for breakfast provided is very basic and everything is left open for the flies. My room bathroom fittings were all leaking water. The only bright spark was the weekday room cleaners who did a great job keeping everything nice and the concierge who was always friendly and helpful. The bottom of my slippers were black with grim from walking in the lobby to breakfast. Like I wrote earlier this in my opinion is not a 4 star hotel.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff just a few minutes walk to Sukhumvit Road and Asok Station.

Just have to give a shout out to Oui, the concierge for his incredible service! Oui was so helpful and guided three jet lagged guests so graciously during our stay there. We will be back to thank you in person!

Called me at 12.05 pm to check out immediately while I still on a work call. They claimed the guests are here and needed the room. I asked for 15 mins more but was told to check out immediately. I did what was told and I see no one below expecting to check in immediately. Disappointing service. Will not come back again.

Great under rated hotel alot to do in area All walkable malls close alot of great food Staff is great. Stayed there 6/7 times and will continue to stay there when rooms are available

The staff at the front desk were not very welcoming and seemed put out by our check in and questions. The room smelled like cigarettes at first. The concierge was incredibly kind and helpful, and the location was very convenient for walking to shopping, MRT, restaurants, and tours. Overall it was a decent place to stay, but for the money paid could’ve been higher quality service.
