Room was pretty big (was upgraded on arrival). Breakfast options were nice but cold even at 7am. Corridors were dim late at night (albeit manageable)

Hotel was about a 20 minute walk from Old Khiva. otherwise it was good.

The place is walking distance to railway station, and close to the old city . They charged me for airport taxi even though it says is free on the listing

Hotel is basic and adequate but no more. Rooms are very basic and dated, and don´t expect anything more than a bed and a bathroom. Was given a room facing to a noise theme park which played loud music until 10:30pm. Furthermore, water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent and the power went out on the last day.

Posted 25 Jul 2024 on HotelsLes +: Hôtel très bien placé, à 700m du centre historique et à 200m de la gare. Chambre vaste et propre, très très calme. Petit déjeuner correct et varié (vrai expresso ).Personnel aidant et à l écoute.
Les -: la piscine était verte pendant 2 jours mais ils l ont nettoyé le 3e jour. La clim de notre chambre était faible (mais nous n avons pas demandé à changer). L hôtel mériterait un meilleur entretien autour de la piscine mais rien de grave

Hotel in posizione comoda per la vicinanza alla stazione di Khiva ma anche all'ingresso della città. Ampie camere e spaziosi anche gli ambienti comuni. Staff disponibile e pronto a risolvere inconvenienti e intoppi. Colazione sufficiente. Piscina poco invitante
