"This place was horrible, it was filthy, bathrooms were moldy & the wall were broken, no sheets towels or toilet paper. All the garbage was still in the place when we arrived. We had to rent a hotel when we arrived because the place was still occupied. The next day we had to pay for a taxi to get to the place and nothing was done. I repeatedly tried to each the owner and he kept promising all would be done but nothing did. I left the place in the middle of the night when cockroaches started...

The apartment however was very dirty, dust was everywhere, we couldn't even walk on the floor without feeling all the dust everywhere and on surfaces. "Quaint hotel in the city of Aley. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We appreciate that they went out of their way to go to a store at night and pick up some necessities for us (they would not even accept a tip). The WiFi worked well. The hotel room itself was very spacious but old and definitely needs renovation. The A/C only worked in the bedroom and cleanliness could be improved. But overall, I would stay here again. "
