Even with covid time place is busy. Good breakfast. Lacking purifiers and unity covid gels....

This is a very under rated hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet. All the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. This hotel is within easy walking distance to the centre of Kharkiv.

good place for the shortstop - my first stop was not so good but their breakfast is good for the level of the hotel - - and this time the service was much better

Marketing works well -- good and fast emails and check in was easy - but! - we ordered lux with 2 separate beds - but we got one big one and unfold couch that was very uncomfortable - when we called to change for the right one appeared that the one we booked was not available in reality - just online. shower and water was good, hot and clean. room - the windows are not sealed and it turned out cold at night. breakfast was good too. Internet - just a joke- - the speed was so bad you cannot even read the news - i am not recommending this place as hotel changed the rooms on us and we had not had a good rest

The staff is very young they do not like to smile to often. My room was not cleaned on the second night.

Check-in was quick and friendly and I was recognized as I made my reservatio on-line and pre-paid.
The Suite was a nice size but I was instantly greeted by an odd smell. Furnishings and linen was dated and bed was large but not particularly comfortable.
Breakfast was adequate and service was prompt.
Just spent a quick night here as I arrived late at the airport and was going on the next day.

Posted 5 Oct 2012 on OrbitzMy stay there was very nice,the hotel is a little small but very nice for a personaly feel ,the staff were very helpful and they knew English,and going out I walked around in the evening and to get a feel of the culture there and there was no problem,and the people that I met were kind ,if they knew some English,and the ones that didnt know any were hesitant to talk ,just because they didnt know what to expect from a forieign person,I would say In Kharkiv the food that is there is very good,alot of dishes there I had never tasted before,there is no problems getting a taxi there to get around
