Lot of confusion with stuff : room was not ready and they could not find reservation, gave me different room. After moved me to an other room . Check out was terrible! They tried to charge me twice for the breakfast…Just to much hustle there , not good computerized!

Disappointing
Posted 29 Aug 2019 on HotelsStaff are not that helpful. Early check in wasn’t possible and a late checkout was costing about $50, no option to even check out an hour later. Staff don’t speak English very well and it was hard to talk to them. Room was small and disappointing. I’ve stayed in much nicer 4* hotels.

Good choice
Posted 20 Jan 2019 on HotelsOverall the experience of staying in this hotel was excellent. It is located far away from the city center, but the view of the green fields, it creates a fantastic atmosphere. 15 min to drive to the heart of the Kharkiv.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Outstanding location and room. Great customer service, friendly and willing to assist in any way possible. Subway in the lower level and just a hop, skip and jump away from the boardwalk.
