"Overall the property was beautiful and well kept. The amenities were great. Some things were closed due to a wedding so we left the property to eat more often. The staff was very kind and attentive. My only complaint was I was supposed to get 20% off of food and spa services. We remembered to ask during one our times eating but forgot during another time and during my spa service so unfortunately we did not receive the discount. The free breakfast was served fresh and hot and they accommodated my wife's gluten-free dietary needs. Our unit was clean and comfortable and well maintained. We would love to come back again.y"

"Hello, We actually was not happy with our stay. We expect far more for the price we payed. The check In process was horrible.. We stand 1 Hour with our 2 Kids in car because she can‘t find us in system and so she ignor us. The overall condition of the house was very bad. The whole Appartement smells bad. Specially the Bathrooms smell horrible. It is disgusting. We didnt dare to go to the pool because the water system smells horrible. Furthermore there are small ants everywhere in the house....
