One of the best properties I stayed at. I read some comments from other people. Those people do not know what it is good.

It’s ok. Noisy street traffic. Many “bags” like doors slamming during the night.
One lift / elevator, slow.
Rooms are basic but OK. Split level is not ideal for kids, and having to walk down stairs at night to use the restroom (bedroom up, toilet down).
Safety box in the room, but it was “locked”. Did not ask them to open.
Check out was slow, waiting for them to “inspect” the room to release the deposit.
The room is a bit cramped if you have more than 1 bag to lay out, and closets were up the stairs…. Not convenient tk drags the bags up, put away clothes, then bring your bags back down….
Not much around besides 7-11.
The bed and pillows were actually very comfortable.

Most things about this hotel are great. It is conveniently located within a 10 minute walk from the MRT pink line, another 10-15 minute walk away from one of the coolest malls I've been to in all of East/Southeast Asia, and the staff is warm and welcoming. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very spacious. There are a few things that I didn't like however and the main thing was that the water pressure left me feeling really disappointed. Another thing is that the room didn't have a microwave and lastly while this hotel/condo is a new build, the interior of my room was already starting to look shabby for whatever reason as the fabric on the wall was already torn in some spots and sagging. Overall, I was happy with my stay though.

My recent stay at Q box Hotel was nothing short of delightful. I love the room cleanliness and staff are friendly. Overall everything are great.
