Unreasonable terms and conditions
Posted 1 Feb 2020 on HotelsTerrible service. Terms and conditions are unreasonable. Would never book again. Have stayed in different Keystone hotels. Any of them far better option

Our payment policy and cancellation policy are more strict than a hotel's since we are a vacation management company and rent out condos for the Owner of each property.
Was you condo satisfactory? Arapahoe Lodge is a nice condominium building in the Village.
