"This place was amazing. The staff call me every day of our trip to see if we needed anything. The room was clean. There was covered parking, which was great because it snowed. The fireplace burned a little area rug with an ember so we told them and it was no big deal. They had apple cider in the office. I will be back."

"Very kid friendly with a playroom, games and a pool with a slide and kiddie pool area. Easy walk to the village. Unfortunately there's a massive construction project that is noisy. I'm sure when it's complete it will be beautiful but for the time being it's an eye sore. Since there's no AC in the building (which could've been better advertised) the windows needed to be open so you couldn't escape the construction noise. Additionally the dead bolt didn't work in our room. "

"Based on the online booking site we booked a lake front property for the ease of walking back and forth to the lake with a family of 5. An hour after the booking a representative me the lake front was just the picture they use for all the properties. We ended up being 1.1 miles away and needed to drive and find parking multiple times a day. And the price was not adjusted for the inconvenient property. I'd be careful that what I book is actually what you get. "

"Wonderful stay and location. Literally a 3 minute walk to the gondola! Ski locker, hot tub and sauna were great to have right on site."
