Overall this property did not meet our expectations. We waited 15-20 mins for a staff to come down to check us in, and then the check in process was slow in general (though the staff member was very lovely, not her fault!). The room smelled musty/of smoke. We could hear the person in the next room snoring all night and people above us walking around. Overall would not recommend.

Keysborough was very close to the Springer's Leisure Center where I was participating in an event

The hotel has a very good location and nice customer service ,and huge free parking available 👍

Dining was so convenient to accomodation and off street parking is a bonus.
