Hallway rugs could use a refresh. Impossible to move a rolling suitcase on them. And just a general statement: We hate paying resort fees when we make no use of the facilities. Access should be optional.

I liked the partial Harbor view & the balcony. The Staff were very friendly & I did like the onsite restaurant & bar, The 3 pools were also a plus

Second time staying at hotel. This visit we were in a standard Queen room. It was a nice size room, but the bed was hard as a rock. Just an old mattress sitting on top of plywood. Nothing like the bed we had in first visit (it was a suite). We complained to front desk after 2 nights. They said they may be able to move us, but not until the next day. (It was NYE.) They also said the hotel was in midst of changing out mattresses; a fact which was later disputed by different staff. No one ever contacted us about the availability of moving to a new room. On check out day the cleaning crew entered our room and said their records showed room was vacant. So someone moved us to a new room in system, but never told us. We eventually got the daily service charge removed from our bill. The room cleaning never occurred before 4pm; on NYE they were so late getting to our room I had to speed shower. The hotel property is nice, but the daily fees are excessive for what you get.

The staff was welcoming and very helpful. We loved the heated pool and the bar/restaurant located right next to it. The Marker is in a great location with many sights and restaurants in walking distance.

Good location. The restaurant and bar closed too early. Breakfast was mediocre.
