Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was very conveniently located in Key West and our room was spacious and comfortable. However there were only two parking spaces for six rooms. Fortunately we arrived early and got one of the spaces. We never drove anywhere but walked so we wouldn’t have to deal with the parking which is hard to come by in town. Also, we wished we would have known that this isn’t a b and b because there isn’t any breakfast. But our room had a small fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Coffee was furnished but not replenished after the first day.

Nice property although a bit on the older side. Checking in was easy and it is conveniently located. provision of coffee maker was a big bonus. never saw any staff during our visit

No hot water in the shower the entire stay and no response from the new management on the issue. 0 housekeeping done. Nice property, but for the money you pay it wasn’t worth it

Great location. nice yard area. old house has thin walls so not very quiet when people come inside in the middle of the night. please note only two parking places available.

We loved how close it is to everything, but far enough from the clubs to be able to enjoy the quiet too… The water pressure from the shower could be a little better, but overall enjoyed my stay.
