No elevator no bel hop ! Says adult only but this is false . The people checking in behind me had two small children. I brought this to the attention of the hostess and a smile was all I received!!!

Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was served more than 30 minutes late our first morning. Didn’t really expect a good breakfast, but not having coffee ready at 8am was not good.
