The hotel was nice. It really is a perfect location for us. The beds were hard. Was really upset about the ocean/marina view room because for the 3 days we were there, there was a cruise ship parked in front of our room, so we were highly upset our view for the extra money. Plus we couldn’t get in and out of the garage at all because it wasn’t working properly the whole time we were there. Not sure if we’ll go back there again.

Absolutely loved the property and overall experience and culture of Key West. This was my first time and was very impressed. The staff were very kind and took good care of us when we got locked out of our room safe. We also asked for more decaf coffee for the room and they gave us enough for our entire stay. Very comfortable room with a great view. Also liked the text messages that started the day we were to arrive. Very convenient. Will stay there again. Thank you and be proud of yourselves!!
