Loved the location of the property, every single one of the staff were so polite and fun, room was clean and nice, we were given an upgrade which was a nice surprise. I couldn't be more please with our experience at the Hyatt.

There so called beach was a spot they put sand down. My bedroom is bigger. They charge $55a day for property use. Should be free. Drinks could be cheaper

The location was very convenient and quiet. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We stumbled across this location but will be staying here again in the future when we come back!

Outstanding customer service. Staff work hard make convenient for guests. Most impressive was how well cleaned our rooms were daily. I communicated this to GM front desk & head housekeeping. Thank you!
