Staff was always friendly. Continental breakfast was sufficient. Location; Location. Bike rental onsite. Cons: tub jets were dirty.

Heron House is a very convenient and cozy place to stay. The reason I'm only giving them three stars is the room. The bed was uncomfortable - I could feel the springs in the mattress and the pillows were flat. There was no place to hang clothes - only drawers which doesn't work for all outfits. There was no hooks to hang towels and no stopper for the sink which is an issue if you drop anything. Also the breakfast was blah. But it was more reasonably priced and very convenient so I might find myself staying there - I will ask for a different room though.

When we arrived we were net by Trent. He was so welcoming and helped us with whatever needs we had. We will be back!!

Great property…everything was excellent…only thing that was not perfect was the check out experience..I had to leave early morning, but nobody was there to take care of my check out process and I was not informed what to do in this case…other than that very nice experience.
