Property was okay. I booked it due to the reviews. I was excited and everything went well until the shower busted and water was POURING out of the wall. They responded quickly which was great but had they not been able to fix it an hour and a half later they were getting ready to out us out like we were the ones with the problem! Honestly that left a salty taste in my mouth. Instead of just accommodating us immediately to another room in their place (which was not sold out) they suggested we find a hotel near by that had 24 hour lobby service and incur the expense of booking at a different place. Wild! When it was THIER place that broke on us!! Disappointed. They offered to return the resort fee and give us a discount on our next stay with them. Thanks but no thanks!

Solo female traveler, location is perfect very convenient to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Property was well kept, room clean, staff amazing. I will be staying here when I return.

This small hotel is right in the midst of
Older Key west. Short distance to Mallory Square. or going the other way to the Wharf. Charming .
