Love this place! Very friendly and secluded. Not your typical resort-look elsewhere if that’s what you want. But if you want a friendly private sailing camp where you hang out with other fun people and like to sail and kayak, this is absolutely it! The use of the sailboat alone more than pays for the room.

Hotel is a hidden gem. Location and amenities are great. People working there couldn’t be more nice and attentive. Very very clean room, bathroom was outdated but that is the bast majority of hotels in the keys unless you want to pay a outrageous rate. I will definitely come back

My daughter and I stayed here for a weekend. Had a fabulous time! Everyone was very nice and helpful. We went out in a canoe and used the snorkeling equipment.

Key Lime Sailing club is very laid back and friendly.
If you are looking for fancy it’s not for you. The staff is what makes it great! It’s older but clean and secluded.

This vaca spot is great. The owner Paul, and Bradley were so nice and accomidating on litterally everyrhing. Chill and relaxing place and I will definately come here again! Great prices and they do a monthly winner for a free vacation!! Thanks so much !!

The environment was awesome and laid back. They had everything on hand to use at our fingertips. Canoes, kayaks, snorkel gear, fishing stuff, and plenty of seating to watch the sun set. Upon arrival the guy was telling us the rules and said ots like grandpas house, you get it out, you put it up. I didn't recall his name, so we just called him grandpa. Thw property manager witnessed me trying to catch lizards and he tolde id never get one.. i took it as a challenge and caught one. Managed to tell him too.
I really wish i had a pen to write in the journal the keep there for their guests to write in to leave our memorable experiences for the next guests to read.
I hope to some day visit again. It was a blast!
