"It was a little misleading that the listing says there is laundry facility on site. In fact what it means is they can help you arrange laundry service with a 1-day turnaround. I was expecting that they have a room where you can do laundry on your own. Other than that, I had a nice stay at this apartment. "

"Dust bunnies, Unstable Internet, Lousy Communication via WhatsApp with no follow-up. Every time it was somebody different (Helen, Jana, Emma Adrian -- the list goes on) and nobody cared for a week to get bedroom light fixed. AC filters are not cleaned so dust bunnies everywhere, nobody clean, also not the kitchen sink. I was also asked to pay 10 Euros for what supposedly free weekly cleaning. I stayed there for over three weeks, great location in Schöneberg, you do hear the U-Bahn but it's OK....

"Excellent location for this superb hotel, friendly service from all staff, comfortable rooms with excellent amenities (the Nespresso coffee machine and Bose Wave Soundtouch are excellent items to have in the room). I don't know if all rooms have these but the bathroom had a full bath, separate rainfall shower and twin sinks. The air conditioning worked well, which was apprecaited in the 28C heat and humidity during our trip."
