The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Two restaurants onsite is great. The location isnt the most convenient into town.

Smoking section set up under hotel so a lot of talking and smoke wafting up to room windows. Noisy all night long.

Todd, I do apologize for the smoking section being too noisy especially at night. It should not be loud enough to keep people awake like that. I will look into making that better for guests in the future and hope that you will give us a chance when you come back to Ketchikan to correct our mistakes.

Hotel was hot & muggy. Had to open windows

John, I am sorry that you found our hotel hot and muggy. Like most of the homes on the island, our hotel does not come with air conditioning but our windows do open and you can generally find a fan or two in the closet. I do hope that you had an enjoyable stay other than that and appreciate the review.

Me gustó micho el servicio gratuito de shuttle, muy conveniente. No solo te lleva y recoge del aeropuerto, también puede llevarte al centro. El vale de comida se me hizo muy útil, perfecto para desayunar en el restaurante (clásico diner), tienen varias opciones.

Bathroom floor had hair on it and sink was not totally clean. Used the restaurant 3x. First two instance, service was very slow, food mediocre. Third time I eventually left after >10 minutes without being acknowledged by wait staff.
