Property is average but my issues were all 3 shampoo/conditioner/body wash were empty with only an open bar of soap available. Towels were stained which was quite unappealing. Bed/sleep conditions were fine. Staff more interested in closing down the property for the season than accommodating patrons.

Hello, I am sorry to hear that your towels were stained, and you were out of bath amenities. We are usually able to quickly remedy anything that may have been overlooked if you were to stop by the front desk. We have not begun the closing down process yet, however we are limited on staffing because of our proximity to our season end date, so we do have to move around the property throughout the day to meet guest demands. We hope for a chance to host you in the future.

Great stay in Ketchikan
Posted 26 Aug 2024 on HotelsFron desk staff was excellent, I arrived early and he gave me a fishing rod, tackle box and map to a nearby lake it was full of fish. Had a great time. Hotel room was clean and had a patio with ocean view.

Don't go here when it's almost shut down for the season....no food!!

Hello Tammy, we are sorry to hear that our restaurant closure negatively affected your stay. We do offer a cold breakfast each morning for about 10.00 dollars from 7-9am and offer free shuttles to and from downtown as well as our sister property which has a lovely restaurant. Our shuttle is on a loop system and leaves at set times. Besides those options there is also 3 food options within walking distance. We understand an onsite restaurant may have been your preference and apologize we were unable to offer it.

All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was small but very clean. I booked a single queen and despite being informed they didnt have a roll-away, provided 2 double beds saving my sister and I much grief.
