The rooms were nice and the on site laundry was a plus(especially if you plan of fishing) the coffee in the lobby was actually good and the store within walking distance was awesome bonus!

Shower didn’t work. We asked front desk if we could change rooms or have someone fix the shower and showed the front desk video of the shower. She said they didn’t have another room which we found out the next morning was not true. We were told we would be contacted by a manager and have never heard a thing from management.
During high season lodging is scarce. This place didn’t seem to care if you come back or not. We won’t be back.

that clerk is no longer employed here. the shower tub spout was replaced that morning as soon as i was told about it. I spoke with you at checkout.

ok, but for the price, should have been better
Posted 3 Aug 2024 on HotelsCheck-in was quick, once the front desk person came out of the office … there was a sign stating they would be back soon, so, we did not worry, until another staff person arrived and told the person in the office that there were people waiting … we apologized more than they did.
Room was fine, looked clean, until daw a clump of hair and dust bunny under the kitchenette counter and hair on the toilet and in the tub.
Recliner chair was a nice to have. However, clearly used, and had to pull to middle if room so did not hit the walls.
Kitchenette was nice, however, no cookware, plates, cups/glasses, or utensils.
Bed was ok, however pillows were like 1 step below a rock.

One Night In Ketchikan
Posted 1 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe staff was very friendly and accommodating, they allowed us to store our bags since we were pretty early for check-in. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the pillows were awesome! Great experience for our family. Everyone was very friendly.
