I excellent hotel, stayed with my two small children. The family room was really nice, spacious and clean. The food was amazing, great selection at breakfast, the staff were very good.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable room with a powerful shower. Food was excellent. I’d stay again. The allowed me to change my booking very late but it was very difficult to do via Expedia who also charged me £30.

Advertised as Keswick, but it was a 15-20 minute drive away. "Mountain view" room, but could just about see the tip of a hill through the buildings. Breakfast room was small and chaotic. Quite grumpy and abrupt reception staff.... stated she left a voicemail message about dinner booking which was a lie as I dont have voicemail set up on phone. If youre expecting a television in the room; youll be disappointed. Overall disappointed
